World Men’s Curling Championship 2023 Live Stream: The 2023 World Men’s Curling Championship, labeled as 2023 BKT Tires & OK Tire World Men’s Curling Championship, takes place from 1st April to 9th April at the TD Place in Ottawa, Canada. Ottawa is hosting the Men’s World Curling Championship for the first time.

This year’s Championship feature a thirteen team round robin. The top six teams qualify for the playoff round, and the top two teams receive a bye while the rest play the first round. In their draw 12 game against Norway, Swedish skip Niklas Edin made what many were calling one of the greatest or “craziest” shots in curling history.

Event Summary

Teams enter this Championship through either the Pan American Curling Championships 2022 or the Le Gruyère AOP European Curling Championships 2022.

The top six teams from round robin play move on to the playoffs. The third, fourth, fifth, and sixth ranked teams compete in the qualification games for the semi-finals, while the first and second ranked teams earn a bye to the semi-finals. When the fourth and fifth-ranked teams face off, the third- and sixth-ranked teams play each other. The winners of these matches proceed to the semifinals.

The title sponsors for the 2023 World Men’s Curling Championship in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, are BKT Tires & OK Tire.

The championship was initially slated to take place in Ottawa in 2021. but because of the COVID-19 pandemic, it was relocated within the Calgary bubble with other curling competitions
